Job summary

Deloitte Shared Services India is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Kronos Workforce Dimensions implementations in a global setup. You will configure, implement, and provide production support for Kronos, including accruals, timekeeping, scheduling, and leave management, while driving integration with Dell Boomi and other middleware.

The role requires deep knowledge of HCM processes, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to design solutions aligned with workforce

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of Kronos implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of time management and HCM processes.
• Experience configuring Kronos for accruals, timekeeping, scheduling, and leave management.
• Dell Boomi integration platform expertise.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations using Dell Boomi or similar middleware.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Kronos Workforce Dimensions Certification (Nice to have)
• Dell Boomi Certification (Nice to have)
• Strong experience in BIRT reporting and advanced scheduling

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects of Kronos Workforce Dimensions and related technologies, ensuring successful configuration and adoption.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design workforce management solutions.
• Configure Kronos WFD for accruals, timekeeping, scheduling, and leave management.
• Develop and implement integrations using Dell Boomi or other tools.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing to optimize performance.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive communication and delivering value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and tools for workforce management and integration.

As a Senior Consultant, within the Human Resource Transformation, practitioner will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty supportI TDA professional should have

• Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects of Kronos Workforce Dimensions and related technologies, ensuring successful configuration, integration, and user adoption.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions that align with their workforce management objectives.
• Provide hands‑on expertise in Kronos Workforce Dimensions (WFD) configuration, includingaccrual configurations,timekeeping,scheduling, andleave management.
• Develop and implement integration solutions usingDell Boomior other relevant tools, ensuring seamless data flow between Kronos and other enterprise systems.
• Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies related to workforce management and integration

Key skills required:

• Practitioner with experience of 2 - 8 years
• Good Knowledge of Time management and HCM Process.
• Proven expertise in configuring Kronos for accruals, timekeeping, scheduling, and leave management.
• Proven expertise inDell Boomiintegration platform.
• Solid experience in designing and implementing integrations using Dell Boomi or similar middleware platforms.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and integration components.
• Excellentcommunicationandpresentation skills, both written and verbal.
