The candidate will configure Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Attendance, and work with payroll and HR integrations, ensuring smooth deployments and ongoing system enhancements. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UKG Dimensions experience.
• Strong knowledge of Time & Attendance and Workforce Management processes.
• Experience in configuration, implementation, and support activities.
• Good understanding of payroll and HR integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support UKG Dimensions modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Attendance.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within UKG Dimensions.
• Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Support integrations with payroll, HR, and other enterprise applications.
• Perform testing, documentation, and end-user training.
• Provide ongoing system support and enhancements.

• Configure and support UKG Dimensions modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Attendance.
