ADP Private Limited in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced UKG Kronos Integration Engineer with hands-on WFC/eTIME and WFD/UKG Pro WFM expertise. The role focuses on developing, configuring, testing, and supporting integrations using WIM and/or EIM.

Responsibilities include building interfaces between Workforce Management, HCM, Payroll, and third-party systems; troubleshooting integration issues; and performing data validation and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on UKG Kronos integration development experience with WFC/WFD.
• Experience configuring, testing and supporting integrations using WIM and/or EIM.
• Proficient in data mapping, XML/JSON and data validation with SQL.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop, configure, test, deploy, and support integrations in UKG WFC and WFD.
• Build and maintain interfaces between Workforce Management, HCM, Payroll, and third-party systems.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues.

• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production stabilization.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced UKG Kronos Integration Engineer with strong hands-on experience in UKG Workforce Central (WFC/eTIME) and Workforce Dimensions (WFD/UKG Pro WFM). The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing, configuring, testing, and supporting integrations using WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) and/or EIM (Employee Integration Manager).

Required Skills

• UKG Workforce Central (WFC/eTIME) - Mandatory
• UKG Workforce Dimensions (WFD/UKG Pro WFM) - Mandatory
• WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) and/or EIM (Employee Integration Manager) - Mandatory
• Hands-on Integration Development experience
• Experience with XML, JSON, Flat Files, Data Mapping and Transformations
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Experience with SQL for data validation and analysis

Important Note

This role is specifically for candidates with hands-on UKG/Kronos WFC/WFD integration development experience. Profiles with only SAP, Workday, Oracle, MuleSoft, or generic integration experience will not be considered.
