R3 Consultant in Pune is seeking confident freshers to build a career in recruitment and use AI tools daily. You will manage end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles, sourcing candidates via portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.

The program includes 15 days of in-office training, after which remote work is possible. Candidates with a tech education and strong English communication are encouraged to apply for immediate joining.

Competenze

• Graduate or final-year student available full-time.
• Tech-related education such as B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc IT or Computer Science.
• A certification in Artificial Intelligence from a recognised program.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
