Job summary

People XM in Bangalore is seeking fresh graduates to join our Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team as Junior Recruitment Executive. You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates for various openings across industries, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment processes and HR operations.

This role offers exposure to candidate management, hiring coordination, and end-to-end recruitment activities in an office-based setting in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Source potential candidates through job portals and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist based on job descriptions and requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in posting job vacancies across recruitment channels.
• Communicate opportunities, interview schedules, and updates to candidates.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.

Preferred Qualifications
