Job summary

Superindia (frp) in Goa is seeking a procurement professional to manage purchase orders, collect vendor quotations, and ensure timely materials through coordination with stores, production, and quality teams.

The role requires 2–5 years in purchase/procurement, ERP knowledge (SAP/Odoo/Tally), strong MS Excel skills, GST understanding, and clear communication in English and Hindi to maintain supplier relationships and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Working knowledge of an ERP system (SAP, Odoo, Tally, or similar).
• Strong MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders in the ERP system based on approved indents and material requirements
• Collect and compare vendor quotations; prepare comparative statements for approval
• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with stores, production, and quality teams on material receipts, shortages, and rejections
• Maintain vendor master data, material codes, and purchase records accurately
• Track inventory levels of key raw materials (glass roving, resins, fillers, additives, packaging) and flag reorder needs
• Support import documentation and coordination with freight forwarders/CHAs where required
• Help with vendor development, onboarding of new suppliers, and basic negotiations
• Prepare MIS reports on purchases, pending orders, and supplier performance
