Skyline Industries is seeking a highly organized Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. You will manage purchasing of raw materials, supplies, and items needed for manufacturing, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to keep operations cost-effective and on schedule.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent communication in English; Hindi preferred.
• Experience in procurement for manufacturing companies is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with suppliers.
• Proficient in vendor evaluation and negotiation.

Profile Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing of raw materials, supplies, and other essential items required for the companys manufacturing processes. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that all purchases are made in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities:

• Research potential vendors
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review the quality of purchased products
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
• Prepare reports on purchases
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
• Maintain update records of purchase product delivery information

Required skills:

• Good verbal & written communication skill, English fluency, additional in Hindi
• Good Teamwork capabilities and Coordination with other teams
• Able to manage multiple tasks at one time.
• Computer Knowledge must.
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
• Negotiation skills
• Strong followup skills
• Experience working with manufacturing companies (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business,Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge or certifications in manufacturing processes, industrial engineering, or product management is a plus.
