Brandshark in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You will manage lead generation and e-commerce ads, conduct keyword research, and target audiences to improve performance.

The role requires hands-on campaign management, strong analytics, and the ability to coordinate multiple client accounts to meet deadlines.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience managing Lead Generation and E-commerce campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Good understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with keyword research and audience segmentation.
• Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Digital marketing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage and scale Lead Generation and E-commerce campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and platform dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.
• Allocate and manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize returns.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
