Job summary

Nexivo Consulting Private Ltd | Zoho Partner is seeking a Junior Pre-Sales Consultant with hands-on Zoho experience to support solution consulting and client interactions. You will map client requirements to Zoho solutions, support demos, and assist in proposals while coordinating with sales and technical teams.

The role targets 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a proactive approach to learning new Zoho applications and technologies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or a similar role.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Zoho products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and document client requirements accurately.
• Good presentation and demonstration skills.
• Willingness to learn new Zoho applications and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and identify suitable Zoho solutions.
• Participate in requirement-gathering discussions with prospects and existing customers.
• Support the sales team in qualifying leads from a technical and solution perspective.
• Conduct Zoho product presentations and demonstrations based on client requirements.
• Assist in preparing solution proposals, scope documents, quotations, and presentations.
• Support project scoping and estimation activities under senior guidance.
• Create customized demos and solution walkthroughs based on business use cases.
• Assist in preparing and delivering Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Respond to technical and product-related questions from prospects and customers.
• Maintain accurate opportunity updates in the CRM and coordinate with teams for handover.

Job description

We are looking for a Junior Pre-Sales Consultant with hands-on experience in Zoho products and a strong interest in solution consulting, client interaction, and technology.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand client requirements, map them to suitable Zoho solutions, support product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and work closely with the sales and technical teams to move opportunities forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client business requirements and identify suitable Zoho solutions .
• Participate in requirement-gathering discussions with prospects and existing customers.
• Support the sales team in qualifying leads from a technical and solution perspective.
• Conduct Zoho product presentations and demonstrations based on client requirements.
• Assist in preparing solution proposals, scope documents, quotations, and presentations.
• Support project scoping and estimation activities under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Create customized demos and solution walkthroughs based on business use cases.
• Assist in preparing and delivering Proof of Concepts (POCs) .
• Respond to technical and product-related questions from prospects and customers.
• Follow up with prospects through email and calls and maintain accurate opportunity updates in the CRM.
• Work closely with the Sales, Business Analysis, and Technical/Implementation teams to ensure smooth handover of requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams to validate the feasibility of proposed Zoho solutions.
• Stay updated on new Zoho features, applications, integrations, and product updates .
• Conduct basic competitor and market research to support sales opportunities.
• Maintain proper documentation of requirements, demos, proposals, and customer interactions.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Zoho products and business processes.
• Should be able to understand business requirements and explain how Zoho can address those requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with Zoho products is mandatory .
• Experience in Zoho implementation, consulting, support, or pre‑sales will be an added advantage.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Business Analysis, Zoho Consulting, or a similar role.

• Basic understanding of APIs, workflows, automation, and business process mapping.
• Experience in preparing proposals, SOWs, or solution documents.
• Experience working with B2B or SaaS clients.
