This role partners with business stakeholders, project teams, and operational teams to design, develop, implement, and support Zoho-based solutions that improve business processes, productivity, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on Zoho platform experience.
• Strong Zoho CRM expertise required.
• Proficient in Deluge scripting and API integrations.
• Ability to translate requirements into Zoho solutions.
• Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth.
• Zoho certifications desirable.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Solutions Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, development, integration, and administration of Zoho solutions across the business. This role will partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and operational teams to design, develop, implement, and support Zoho-based solutions that improve business processes, productivity, and customer outcomes.

The successful candidate will combine technical expertise, business analysis, platform administration, and application support capabilities to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions within the Zoho ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Business Engagement

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into practical and scalable Zoho solutions.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Recommend fit-for-purpose solutions across the Zoho ecosystem.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

Platform Configuration & Development

• Configure and enhance Zoho applications, including:
  • Zoho CRM
  • Zoho Desk
  • Zoho Projects
  • Zoho Contracts
• Develop custom functionality using Zoho Deluge scripting.
• Design and maintain workflows, approvals, automations, and business rules.
• Create dashboards, reports, and user-facing functionalities.
• Ensure solutions align with security, governance, and platform standards.

Integrations & Automation

• Develop and support integrations between Zoho and internal/external systems.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, and OAuth.
• Support data migration, synchronisation, and automation activities.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and implement enhancements.
• Ensure all integrations are secure, reliable, and well documented.

Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Zoho applications.
• Investigate and resolve platform, workflow, and configuration issues.
• Liaise with Zoho Support to resolve complex technical issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing solutions and increase business value.
• Drive sustainable fixes to reduce recurring incidents.

Delivery & Governance

• Support testing, deployment, and release activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and configuration records.
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, security, and platform standards.
• Support smooth transition of solutions from project delivery into Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations.
• Track risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones to successful completion.

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience working with the Zoho platform.
• Strong experience with Zoho CRM.
• Strong proficiency in Deluge Scripting.
• Experience designing workflows, automations, and business processes.
• Experience developing and supporting REST API Integrations.
• Knowledge of Webhooks, OAuth, and integration patterns.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into effective solutions.
