Integs Cloud Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced Zoho Implementation Consultant to join our growing Zoho consulting team. You will lead customer-facing implementation activities, requirements gathering, solution planning, and delivery ownership.

This hands-on role requires driving end-to-end projects, coordinating with internal teams, and guiding customers through go-live and post-Go live support, ensuring timelines and quality are met.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant for assigned Zoho implementation projects.

The candidate will primarily be responsible for customer-facing implementation activities, requirement gathering, solution planning, project coordination, and delivery ownership.

This is a hands‑on consulting and project ownership role. The consultant will work directly with customers to understand their business requirements, translate those requirements into clear and actionable tasks, coordinate with the internal functional/technical team, track execution, review deliverables, and ensure successful project completion.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading customer discussions and getting work done through the team, while maintaining ownership of timelines, quality, requirements, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer‑Facing Consulting

• Act as the primary consultant for assigned Zoho implementation projects.

• Determine whether requirements can be addressed through standard Zoho functionality, configuration, customization, scripting, or integration.
• Work with senior consultants/technical teams on complex solution design.
• Obtain customer confirmation on requirements and proposed solutions.

3. Project & Team Coordination

• Take ownership of assigned Zoho implementation projects or project workstreams.
• Break customer requirements into clear tasks and assign them to the appropriate internal team members.
• Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, integration consultants, and project managers.
• Explain requirements and expected outcomes clearly to the team.
• Track task progress and proactively follow up on pending activities.
• Identify blockers and dependencies and ensure timely resolution.
• Review completed work before presenting it to the customer.
• Ensure agreed deliverables are completed within the planned timeline.

4. Implementation & Configuration

Provide functional leadership across Zoho applications, including:

The consultant should understand how these applications work individually as well as how they can work together to support end‑to‑end business processes.

• Understand business processes across Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, and Expenses.
• Design practical solutions using multiple Zoho applications where required.
• Identify opportunities for automation across Zoho products.
• Understand data flow between applications.
• Coordinate with integration/technical teams for cross‑product integrations.
• Ensure the overall solution aligns with the customer's business requirements.

6. Testing & UAT

• Define functional test scenarios based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT activities.
• Work with the internal team to resolve identified issues.
• Review fixes and validate functionality before customer demonstration.
• Coordinate customer UAT and capture feedback.
• Track UAT issues through closure.
• Obtain customer acceptance/sign‑off for completed requirements.

7. Customer Demonstrations & Training

• Conduct product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs.
• Demonstrate configured processes to customers.
• Explain system functionality and business process changes.
• Conduct user training sessions where required.
• Prepare user guides and process documentation.
• Support customers during go‑live and stabilization.

8. Documentation

Prepare and maintain:

• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Functional Requirement Documents
• Process flows
• Requirement trackers
• Training materials
• Meeting minutes
• Customer approvals and sign‑offs

9. Change & Scope Management

• Identify requirements that fall outside the agreed scope.
• Document and communicate scope changes.
• Coordinate with the project manager for effort estimation and commercial impact.
• Ensure additional work is approved before execution.
• Maintain a clear change‑request tracker.

10. Post-Go-Live Support

• Support customers during the post‑go‑live stabilization period.
• Analyze functional issues and coordinate resolution.
• Work with the internal team to resolve application issues.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process/system improvements.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and long‑term engagement.
