We are hiring proactive and detail orientated Junior Hr Executive for recruitment process including Sourcing candidates through job portals, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, managing on - boarding activities and documentation. A Person having good negotiating, communication skills to handle Salary discussion and explain benefits to candidate to successfully close open positions as per the given target, manage in-house background verification process for shortlisted candidates, working in a group environment.

Job Requirements :
