Spiredge Group in Mumbai is seeking a Sales Executive to grow our Ansys business across industrial and institutional segments. You will lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closure, and coordinate with engineering teams to deliver tailored demonstrations.

The role requires strong presentation and communication skills, willingness to travel for technical demonstrations, and the ability to build a healthy pipeline while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma Mechanical.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for technical demonstrations and client meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Target industries such as manufacturing, automotive, etc.
• Manage complete sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
• Maintain pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Interact with Design Manager, Engineering Head, Plant Heads, CTOs, and Procurement teams.
• Coordinate internal and external coordination and follow up; sending mom emails, scheduling meetings and conducting sales and technical calls with team.
• Ensure systematic follow-up and lead conversion.
• Conduct virtual and onsite demonstrations.
• Coordinate POCs and installations with technical teams.
