Job summary

Synechron in Pune is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to design, implement and govern ServiceNow applications and modules, with strong ITSM and CMDB expertise. The candidate will develop OOTB and custom applications, translate user stories into technical solutions, and lead a technical team.

You will work independently, test features, document processes, train stakeholders, and collaborate on integrations using SOAP/REST, MID Server and AD, while leveraging Now Mobile and Service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developing ServiceNow apps (ITSM, CMDB) and administration.
• Experience leading a technical team in a project delivery role.
• Hands-on with Now Mobile, widgets, HTML/CSS/Bootstrap/AngularJS.
• Experience with integrations via SOAP/REST, AD, MID Server.

Job Overview

The person should be experienced in designing, Implementing, solution various ServiceNow related applications and modules. Must possess technical knowledge and hands on experience on ITSM and CMDB. Good to have ITAM, ITOM, and HRSD.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain all technical aspects of ServiceNow platform.
• Develop OOTB and custom application on ServiceNow platform with primary focus on ITSM development
• Convert user stories into technical solutions.
• Possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision
• Testing of new and existing functionality
• Documentation of new and existing process
• Train end users/stakeholders

Experience and Skills Required

• 5+ years of experience in developing application using ServiceNow platform (Development & administration)
• Must have a lead a team in technical capacity
• Must have strong expertise on ITSM and CMDB
• Experience with Now mobile app.
• Extensive experience creating custom Widget using html, CSS, bootstrap , AngularJS, Server Side scripting, Jelly Script, jQuery
• Should have experience in integrations including AD, MID Server and third party tools using web services, SOAP, REST, etc.
• Experience of Scoped application and Service Portal
• Should have good understanding about domain separation
• Excellent Analytical, Logical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Should have ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
