We are looking for candidates with experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and support. Candidates with expertise in ITIL and ServiceNow implementation, customization, and integration are also highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Will lead team of 8-10 ServiceNow developers and Testers


• Support and maintain all technical aspects of ServiceNow platform.


• Design and Develop OOTB and custom application on ServiceNow platform with primary focus on ITSM development


• Owns the requirement gathering sessions collaborating with various stakeholders.


• Convert user stories into technical solutions.


• Possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision


• Testing of new and existing functionality


• Documentation of new and existing process

Experience and Skills Required

• 6+ years of experience in developing application using ServiceNow platform (Development & administration)


• Must have a lead a team in technical capacity


• Expertise with two or more ServiceNow solutions like GRC/IRM, ITSM, CMDB application


• Experience with Now mobile app.


• Extensive experience creating custom Widget using html, CSS, bootstrap , AngularJS, Server Side scripting, Jelly Script, jQuery


• Should have good understanding about domain separation


• Excellent Analytical, Logical, communication and problem-solving skills


• Should have ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)


• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer


• Should have experience in integrations including AD, MID Server and third party tools using web services, SOAP, REST, etc.


• Experience of Scoped application and Service Portal

Nice to Have

• ITIL certified


• Relevant ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist
