The role requires hands-on expertise with Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, and ITIL knowledge to lead large-scale enterprise deployments and ensure smooth upgrades and production support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Experience across ITSM, GRC/IRM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, SCM, S2P, HAM.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and upgrade activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop & customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Implement & enhance ITSM, GRC, ITOM, CMDB, SCM, S2P, HAM.
• Build workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs.
• Configure Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog.
• Support GRC/IRM, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM.
• Develop SCM/S2P & HAM lifecycle, procurement & inventory processes.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server.
• Troubleshoot platform, workflow & performance issues.
• Handle upgrades, deployments & production support.
• Must-Have Skills: 7+ Years IT exp with strong ServiceNow development.
