Black and White is seeking a Team Lead IT Recruitment in Indiranagar, Bangalore, to lead a domestic IT recruitment team. The role focuses on permanent and contract/C2H hiring, mentoring junior recruiters, and delivering against client SLAs.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in IT recruitment, strong sourcing via Naukri/LinkedIn, and deep knowledge of Java, .NET, Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML and Python.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Experience in IT Staffing/Recruitment Consultancy.
• Experience with Permanent and Contract/C2H hiring.
• Mentoring or team coordination experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IT technologies listed (Java, .NET, Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Python).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets and client SLAs.
• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Permanent, Contract, and C2H positions.
• Allocate requirements and monitor recruiter productivity.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and portals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates across various IT technologies.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate offers, ensure onboarding.
• Build strong talent pipelines for niche IT skills.
• Interact with clients and hiring managers to understand priorities.
• Ensure timely closures with quality and SLA adherence.
• Prepare recruitment MIS reports and stay updated on market trends.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead IT Recruitment to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Domestic IT Staffing with hands‑on experience in Permanent and Contract/C2H hiring.
Candidates must have worked in a Recruitment Consultancy/IT Staffing company. Previous Team Lead experience is preferred; however, experienced Senior IT Recruiters with mentoring or team coordination experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets and client SLAs.
Handle end‑to‑end IT recruitment for Permanent, Contract, and C2H positions.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills:
4+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
Mandatory experience in an IT Staffing/Recruitment Consultancy.
Experience in Permanent Hiring and Contract/C2H Staffing.
Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, Testing, Infrastructure, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Python.
Strong sourcing expertise using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and referrals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Team handling or mentoring experience is preferred.

Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience working with multiple clients simultaneously.
Knowledge of ATS/VMS tools is an added advantage.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
