Desired Candidate

• 4‑5 years of IT hiring experience, with 1‑3 years of multi‑facet key account management and hiring in mid/large IT & Software Product Development firms.
• At least 2 years of client account management, managing end‑to‑end client delivery.
• Excellent team management & mentoring skills; at least a team of 2‑4 members managed.
• Excellent client networking and relationship‑building skills.
