You will develop C2H/FTE hiring strategies, manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, and build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Senior IT Recruiter, specifically in C2H/FTE hiring.
• In-depth knowledge of the telecom industry and its talent needs.
• Hands-on experience with POCs handling and team handling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
