Job summary

People Prime Worldwide in Hyderabad is seeking a Team Lead – Recruitment to lead the IT hiring team and drive end-to-end C2H and FTE recruitment. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will mentor recruiters, manage multiple requirements, and ensure compliance with recruitment processes. This full-time position is based in KPHB, Hyderabad, with a day shift in-office setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT Recruitment, with Team Lead or Senior Recruiter exposure.
• Strong Domestic IT Recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience in C2H and FTE hiring.
• Experience in team mentoring and achieving recruitment targets.
• Strong stakeholder management and client/POC handling experience.
• Proficient with Naukri, LinkedIn and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters to achieve recruitment targets.
• Drive end-to-end C2H and FTE recruitment.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Handle client relationships, stakeholders, POCs, candidates, and internal teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment requirements and escalations.
• Monitor team performance, recruitment metrics, and timely closure of requirements.
• Guide recruiters on sourcing strategies and challenging requirements.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and company policies.

• Mandatory: Strong stakeholder management and client/POC handling experience.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
