Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader in Bengaluru to drive IT contract staffing and professional staffing delivery. The role requires managing a team of recruiters, handling multiple client requirements, and delivering client-focused recruitment outcomes.

The ideal candidate will supervise a small recruitment team, optimize processes, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with GCC and product-based clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT contract staffing or professional staffing services.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing recruitment teams.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team of approximately five recruiters.
• Strong understanding of contract staffing, contingent workforce hiring, and client-driven recruitment delivery.
• Proven experience managing GCC and product-based clients.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, diverse technologies, and competing hiring priorities effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Client interaction experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment portals, MS Excel, and recruitment MIS reporting.
• Location: Bangalore-based candidates only.
