Velocitai Digital in Gurugram is seeking an IT support professional to provide technical assistance for computer systems, software, hardware, and networking. You will diagnose issues, install and maintain hardware and software, and support user accounts and access controls.

The role involves collaborating with the IT team to ensure secure and efficient systems, performing upgrades, documenting processes, and keeping up to date with technology trends to boost productivity.

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software hardware and networking.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues identify root causes and implement solutions promptly.
• Install configure and maintain computer hardware software and peripheral devices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Set up and support user accounts permissions and passwords.
• Perform system upgrades and software installations as needed.
• Monitor system performance and ensure security measures are in place to safeguard company data.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner and escalates issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Document IT processes procedures and configurations.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on the proper use of IT equipment and software.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
