Amity University Dubai in Navi Mumbai is seeking an IT support professional to join the facilities team. You will provide first-level hardware, software, and network support, install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, and assist with software installations and updates.

You will troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux, manage user accounts and passwords, and maintain IT inventory and documentation while collaborating with IT teams to resolve complex issues and ensure data

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot operating system errors (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Assist users with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation of support requests.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complextechnical problems.
• Ensure data security and backup solutions are in place.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenanceto avoid breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
• Diagnosetechnical issuesand provide timely and effective solutions.
