• Support basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers).
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees, including system setup and asset allocation.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and update asset records.
• Perform basic hardware diagnostics and coordinate repairs.
• Support antivirus, endpoint security, and operating system updates.
• Assist in backup verification and data recovery activities.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT engineers.
