Job summary

The Fourth Wall Noida is seeking an IT Support role to ensure smooth operation of desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, and classroom tech across our schools. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and support teachers and staff with digital teaching tools.

Responsibilities include maintaining labs and AV equipment, managing IT assets, coordinating with vendors, and upholding data security and privacy policies for a reliable learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, smart boards, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues to ensure minimal disruption to school operations.
• Maintain and monitor computer labs, smart classrooms, audio-visual equipment, and other technology-enabled learning facilities.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, antivirus software, and other required tools.
• Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Support teachers and administrative staff in using digital teaching tools, classroom technology, and school-related software.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems, biometric devices, access-control systems, and other IT equipment, where applicable.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, software licences, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs, upgrades, and technical support.
• Monitor system performance, perform regular updates, and help ensure data security and system reliability.
• Support data backup procedures and follow IT security and access-control practices.
• Assist in managing school management software, ERP systems, online examination platforms, and other digital applications.
• Respond to IT support requests promptly and maintain a record of reported issues and their resolution.
• Ensure IT equipment is used appropriately and follow school policies regarding technology and data privacy.
