Job description

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting end-users, and maintaining IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop systems.
• Provide support for Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Resolve software and hardware issues, including printers and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts and email configurations.
• Assist with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
• Install and update software applications as required.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems to minimize downtime.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
• Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
