Job summary

Vision Technologies Masters is seeking an IT Support professional to provide desktop and laptop assistance, install software, and troubleshoot basic hardware. You will work with senior engineers on technical support tasks and help configure printers and scanners.

Responsibilities include LAN/WiFi troubleshooting, basic router/switch setup, and visiting client sites in Gurgaon/NCR to update tickets and maintain records. Fresh graduates welcome and travel readiness required.

Qualifications

• Fresher or up to 1 year experience.
• Diploma or graduation in IT/CS preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and travel within Gurgaon/NCR.
• Basic English communication.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Role & responsibilities

IT Support

• Provide basic Desktop and Laptop support
• Install Windows and software
• Troubleshoot basic hardware issues
• Assist senior engineers with technical support

Networking

• Assist with LAN and WiFi troubleshooting
• Basic Router and Switch configuration
• Check network connectivity
• Understand basic IP addressing

Client Support

• Provide onsite IT support when required
• Visit client locations in Gurgaon/NCR
• Coordinate with senior engineers
• Update support tickets
• Maintain service records

IT Asset Management

• Maintain Laptop and Desktop inventory
• Update asset records
• Assist in asset allocation
• Check warranty and basic device details

Preferred candidate profile

• Fresher or up to 1 year experience
• Diploma / Graduation in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Willingness to travel within Gurgaon/NCR
• Basic English communication
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
