Job summary

Job Summary

Configuring and troubleshooting Windows 7 & Windows 10 systems

Providing remote assistance to client computers

Knowledge of installing, upgrading, and deploying Windows Server 2012 and related services

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting desktops and laptops

Good understanding of DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP

Troubleshooting network connectivity, network printers, and user access issues

Experience in Outlook configuration and issue resolution

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of printers (LAN & server-based)

Ability to access and troubleshoot remote user systems

Strong capability to handle workload and manage multiple tasks/projects

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
