Job summary

Classic Network & Computers is seeking an IT support technician to provide on-site and remote assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, and networking gear across Delhi NCR. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and operating systems (Windows/Linux), handle LAN/WAN setups, and coordinate with teams for inventory and spare parts.

Field visits require reliability and customer-focused communication.

Qualifications

• Must have 12th pass or a diploma in Computer Hardware/Networking.
• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and basic software.
• Handle LAN/WAN setups, router/modem configurations, and network cabling issues.
• Maintain timely documentation and updates on job cards, service reports, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory management and spare part replacements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks at client sites.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt resolution and professional communication.
• Must be comfortable with field visits across Delhi NCR as per job requirements.
• Assist in AMC and IT infrastructure management for SME clients.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Diploma in Computer Hardware/Networking

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in IT hardware troubleshooting, networking, and customer support.
  
• Strong understanding of desktops, laptops, printers, routers, and LAN/WAN technologies.
  
• Willingness to travel locally across Delhi NCR for on-site support.
  
• Self-motivated, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
  
• Should possess good communication skills to interact with SME clients professionally.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  
• Owns a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
  
• Candidates with relevant certifications (CCNA, A+, N+) will be given preference.
  
• Must be flexible with working hours in case of urgent support calls.
  
• Residing in or near West Delhi will be an added advantage.
