Job summary

Study Group is seeking an IT Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions across the organization. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates while partnering with hiring managers to deliver a superior recruitment experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for global or multinational organizations, strong stakeholder management, and expertise in offer negotiation and maintaining candidate

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Technology, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience recruiting for global or multinational organizations.
• Knowledge of international hiring practices and technology talent markets is an advantage.
• Ability to work with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage internal and external partners.
• Expertise in offer negotiation, candidate closing, and extended notice periods to ensure onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, GitHub, Boolean searches, referrals, social media and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct competency-based interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
• Coordinate technical interview processes with hiring managers and panels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key technology skill sets.
• Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and hiring trends.
• Maintain recruitment data in the ATS and prepare dashboards and reports.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, engaging, and hiring technical talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional recruitment experience. This role requires expertise in IT recruitment, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, market intelligence, and building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Managing complete recruitment life cycle from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements, recruitment priorities, and workforce planning
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, GitHub, Boolean searches, referrals, social media, and networking platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct competency-based interviews to evaluate technical and behavioral fit
• Coordinate technical interview processes with hiring managers and interview panels
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical technology skill sets
• Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarking, talent availability, and hiring trends
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship management skills, with proven experience managing and successfully closing candidates serving extended notice periods
• Collaborate with HRBP’s, hiring managers, and business leaders to ensure timely hiring
• Maintain recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System and prepare recruitment reports and dashboards

ABOUT YOU

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience recruiting for global or multinational organizations
• Knowledge of international hiring practices and technology talent markets is an advantage

• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver under challenging deadlines
• Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Well-developed organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
