Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 0-2 years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in IT recruitment, good communication skills, and the ability to source and engage candidates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and source relevant IT candidates.
• Search and identify candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/HR interviews.
• Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment updates in the ATS/database.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders for interview feedback.
• Negotiate offers and support candidates through the joining process.
• Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and achieve assigned hiring targets.

Required Skills

• 0-2 years of experience in IT recruitment / technical recruitment.
• Freshers with relevant recruitment internship experience can also be considered.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and job profiles.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, or other sourcing platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good candidate-handling and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Preferred IT Hiring Exposure

Candidates with exposure to hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Node.js, React, Angular, Python, AWS, DevOps, Data, Salesforce, etc. will be preferred.

Education

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field is an advantage.
