Job summary

Study Group seeks an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions across the organization from Noida. The role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring technical talent while partnering with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.

You will drive talent pipelines, interviews, and market intelligence to support current and future hiring needs, collaborating with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure timely hiring

• Experience recruiting for global or multinational organizations.
• Fluent in English; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, GitHub, boolean searches, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct competency-based interviews for technical and behavioral fit.
• Coordinate technical interview processes with hiring managers and panels to ensure timely decisions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical technology skill sets.
• Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarking, talent availability, and hiring trends.
• Engage candidates and manage relationships to close hires with extended notice periods.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders to ensure timely hiring.
• Maintain ATS data and prepare recruitment reports and dashboards.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, engaging, and hiring technical talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional recruitment experience. This role requires expertise in IT recruitment, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, market intelligence, and building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Managing complete recruitment life cycle from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements, recruitment priorities, and workforce planning.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, GitHub, Boolean searches, referrals, social media, and networking platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct competency-based interviews to evaluate technical and behavioral fit.
• Coordinate technical interview processes with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical technology skill sets.
• Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarking, talent availability, and hiring trends.
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship management skills, with proven experience managing and successfully closing candidates serving extended notice periods.
• Collaborate with HRBP's, hiring managers, and business leaders to ensure timely hiring.
• Maintain recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System and prepare recruitment reports and dashboards.

ABOUT YOU

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting for global or multinational organizations.
• Knowledge of international hiring practices and technology talent markets is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work with changing priorities based on business needs
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver under challenging deadlines.
• Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English.
• Expertise in offer negotiation, candidate closing, and maintaining engagement with candidates throughout extended notice periods to ensure successful onboarding.
• Well-developed organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
