Job summary

Pacific It Consulting is seeking an IT Recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across technologies and seniority levels from India. You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals, screen and coordinate interviews with clients, and manage candidate engagement and offer follow-ups.

The role requires strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and excellent communication with hiring managers and clients to close closures efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT recruitment / technical hiring.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience working on niche technology requirements is preferred.
