Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Handle C2H (Contract-to-Hire) recruitment processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.

• Handle and guide a team of recruiters.
• Monitor team performance and recruitment targets.
• Distribute requirements and track the progress of team members.
• Support recruiters in sourcing, screening, and closing challenging positions.
