Job summary

SRS Infoway in Coimbatore is seeking IT Recruiters / Senior IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT recruitment and C2H hiring, with a strong focus on end-to-end sourcing, screening and client coordination.

We offer a onsite working environment with Monday to Friday schedule and a target-driven atmosphere. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, and CS/IT background plus MBA in HR are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via portals and LinkedIn.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Handle C2H (Contract-to-Hire) recruitment processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
• Lead and guide a team of recruiters.
• Monitor team performance and recruitment targets.
• Distribute requirements and track progress.
• Support recruiters in sourcing and closing challenging positions.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of candidates to clients.
