Job summary

Rosemallow Technologies Pvt Ltd in India is seeking a passionate HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. You will source, screen, shortlist, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding for both IT and non-IT roles, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will build a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, and maintain recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT hiring preferred).
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques via social media, portals, and networking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of HR tools/ATS will be an advantage.
