Job summary

Minivel Services is seeking a recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end IT hiring through an RPO model. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels, screen resumes, and conduct initial assessments to ensure timely closures.

You will coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication, documentation, and offers, while maintaining daily hiring reports and trackers.
