• Manage offers, negotiations, onboarding, and joining closures; maintain trackers and pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions on a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) basis.
• Work on requirements from top MNC clients across multiple IT technologies.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals.
• Screen, shortlist, and submit suitable profiles to clients and hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and manage feedback cycles.
• Manage offers rollout, negotiation, onboarding, and joining closures. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and pipeline reports. Ensure adherence to defined hiring TATs and client SLAs.
