Job summary

Advance Career Solutions in Delhi is seeking an IT Recruiter (C2H-Staffing) to source, screen and place IT professionals across client requirements. You will manage the complete lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, build pipelines, and negotiate offers with strong communication throughout.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS tools, assess technical skills, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
• Experience in technical recruitment is preferred.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
