Qualifications

• 1–5 years of IT recruitment experience (agency or staffing preferred).
• Strong understanding of IT skills (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, etc.).
• Expertise in sourcing using job portals Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
