Job Purpose

To manage sourcing of candidates for the technology group by sourcing, screening, and assessing qualified candidates who meet the organizations cultural, technical and business requirements. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining hiring quality and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

A. Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Hirist, and professional networks.
• Identify suitable talent from IT services companies, product-based organizations, technology firms, consulting firms, and BFSI organizations.
• Use Boolean search techniques, technical keywords, and targeted sourcing strategies to identify relevant candidates.

B. Technology Hiring Expertise

Recruit for a range of technology positions, including:

• Software Developers
• Full Stack Developers
• Cloud Engineers
• DevOps Engineers
• Data Engineers and Data Scientists
• AI/ML Engineers
• Cybersecurity Professionals
• QA and Automation Test Engineers
• IT Governance and Tech Operations
• Business Analysts and Technology Project Managers
• Infrastructure, Database, Network and Application Support Professionals

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of technology job descriptions, technical skills, and talent markets.
