Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and joining follow-ups.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, project needs, and hiring priorities.
• Source qualified candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment vendors, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct initial HR screening to assess technical skill alignment, communication, experience, salary expectations, notice period, and availability.
• Handle recruitment for various IT roles, including Software Development, QA/Testing, Data Analytics, Cloud, ERP, CRM, and other niche technologies.
• Coordinate technical interviews and ensure timely collection of interview feedback.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming hiring requirements.
• Manage offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and follow-ups to minimize offer dropouts.
• Coordinate with external recruitment vendors when required.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information in the ATS.
• Prepare and share daily and weekly recruitment reports, including open positions, interview status, selections, and joining updates.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within agreed timelines and support the achievement of hiring targets.
