Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services in Mumbai is seeking an experienced IT recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing through offer and joining, ensuring targets are met. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals and social channels, screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess technical fit, and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Strong Boolean search and candidate-sourcing skills.
• Understanding IT roles and terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Negotiation and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.
• Coordinate technical and HR interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer and joining.
• Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
