Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and skill sets.
• Experience in lateral hiring for mid-level and senior-level roles.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using job portals, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Work on hiring for technical roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Data, Product, and Engineering positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers for technical and final interview rounds
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
• Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, documentation, and joining follow-ups
• Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and quality benchmarks
