You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases, screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers, while maintaining ATS, and building a strong talent pipeline for ongoing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/IT or related.
• 1–2 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience.
• Solid understanding of IT terminologies and roles.
• Experience with Boolean search and social media sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
