Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Recruitment professional to drive end-to-end hiring for Finance & Accounts and collaborate with Operations stakeholders to meet recruitment targets.

The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing, building rapport with Hiring Managers, and managing lateral hiring across multiple accounts, while ensuring cost-effective, timely fulfillments through standard recruitment methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment standard methodologies (preferably in ITES / BPO)
• Experience in building rapport and collaborating with Hiring Managers through the open requisition, sourcing, debrief and offer stages
• Expertise in sourcing through social media channels and other innovative sourcing channels
• Demonstrable experience in partner management and strength to hold difficult conversations with them
• Build expertise in deep domain knowledge, understanding of business strategy and drive innovation

Experience in hiring for Finance & Accounts

Experience in handling Ops stakeholders

Hands on experience in sourcing

Management of Lateral hiring as well and full-life cycle recruitment.

Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Ability to front end with internal customers/Delivery/ clients

Understanding the recruitment asks - timelines, revenue implications, quality focus, market availability

Maintain hiring with in grid & cost per hire v/s SLAs

Experienced in handling larger accounts & multiple customers

Working closely with Resource Management Group for on‑time fulfillments

Process Adherence & Exposure to Recruitment Tools would be a plus.

Good on MIS & presenting data
