Job summary

Valenta in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Punjab) is seeking an experienced Recruitment professional to lead bulk hiring for ITES/BPO and finance & accounts, manage stakeholders, and drive end-to-end hiring.

The role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and effective collaboration with Hiring Managers and Delivery teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient hires.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in ITES/BPO.
• Experience building rapport with Hiring Managers.
• Expertise in sourcing via social media and other channels.
• Partner management and ability to hold difficult conversations.
• Deep domain knowledge and business acumen in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead bulk hiring for BPOs and ITES functions.
• Hire for Finance & Accounts departments.
• Manage relationships with Ops stakeholders and clients.
• Hands-on sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.
• Coordinate with Resource Management for on-time fulfillments.
• Present data and MIS to stakeholders; ensure cost efficiency.

Job Description:

• Experience in bulk hiring for BPO’s
• Experience in hiring for Finance & Accounts
• Experience in handling Ops stakeholders
• Hands on experience in sourcing
• Management of Lateral hiring as well and full-life cycle recruitment.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to front end with internal customers/Delivery/ clients
• Strong market intelligence
• Understanding the recruitment asks - timelines, revenue implications, quality focus, market availability
• Maintain hiring with in grid & cost per hire v/s SLAs
• Experienced in handling larger accounts & multiple customers
• Working closely with Resource Management Group for on-time fulfillments
• Process Adherence & Exposure to Recruitment Tools would be a plus.
• Good on MIS & presenting data
• Good people management skills

Requirements

Requirements for this role:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment standard methodologies (preferably in ITES / BPO )
• Experience in building rapport and collaborating with Hiring Managers through the open requisition, sourcing, debrief and offer stages
• Expertise in sourcing through social media channels and other innovative sourcing channels
• Demonstrable experience in partner management and strength to hold difficult conversations with them
• Build expertise in deep domain knowledge, understanding of business strategy and drive innovation
