Qualifications

• Experience hiring trainers or educators is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define trainer requirements and trends.

• Negotiate contracts, compensation, and terms of engagement with selected trainers.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in hiring trainers or educators.
• Strong understanding of technical domains like Data Science, Cloud Computing, AI/ML, etc.
• Proven ability to source, screen, and recruit trainers with hands‑on industry experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
