Job summary

Centstone in Begumpet, Hyderabad, is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in OPT recruitment and US IT staffing. This is a full-time, on-site role with night shift options to align with US business hours.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements, source OPT, CPT, H-1B, GC, USC, and EAD candidates, screen for visa status and skills, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and work across multiple job boards and ATS platforms.

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong hands‑on experience in OPT recruitment and US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, IT technologies, visa categories, candidate sourcing, and placement processes.
