Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

You will support hiring across cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, AI/ML, and software development domains, building pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Knowledge of IT technologies (Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Software Development).
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and talent mapping.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer rollout.
• Build strong pipelines for IT and niche technology roles.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and delivery teams; provide updates and pipeline reports.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain candidate databases.

Job Summary

Purview Services is looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

The recruiter will support hiring across multiple technology domains such as cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, AI/ML, and software development.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer rollout.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.

Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals and professional networks such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Build strong pipelines for IT and niche technology roles.

Screening & Coordination

• Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and communication.
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with internal teams.

Stakeholder Management

• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and delivery teams.
• Provide regular hiring updates and pipeline reports.

Candidate Experience

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases for future hiring needs.

Required Skills

• 2-6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing experience using platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri.
